As a high-achiever myself (and a mom to two wild kids), I get how the pressure to succeed and the fear of failing can leave you stuck in a cycle of overthinking, stress, and procrastination. Anxiety doesn’t just show up at work—it sneaks into every part of your life, from relationships to family.
