Congratulations! You just made a remarkably positive decision to change your life for the better. We often spend years suffering with difficulties before realizing that maybe life doesn’t have to be this hard, and we don’t have to do it alone.

The decision to begin therapy is often difficult and anxiety-provoking, especially if you aren’t sure what to expect. Our goal is to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible.

So, here’s what to expect!

The First Step

If you haven’t already, email, call, or reach out to set up an appointment. When you call you will speak to one of our therapists (not an automated system), this way you can get to know us better!

We have flexible scheduling and are able to work around your obligations, we know how busy you are!

If you aren’t quite ready to call yet, don’t worry, you can send us an email with your concerns or questions.

The Next Step

You’ll receive paperwork and a link to join our sessions.  Our online platform is set up with ease and convenience in mind. 

Don’t worry, we move at your pace and you do not have to discuss anything you’re uncomfortable with until you feel safe and secure with your therapist.
